In the homeland of wine, Valpolicella, the first is born authorized craft microbrewery, the craft brewery Arusnati, from a project by Manuele Mocci and his wife Lidia. The brewery, active since October 2018, has its operational headquarters in via Cesare Battisti 186 c in Domegliara. The name of the brewery goes back to the ancient pre-Roman population of the Arusnati, who lived there Valpolicella, the choice of this name wants to link symbolically the laboratory to the territory: in fact it is the first microbrewery artisan authorized in Valpolicella, an area dedicated to wine. The management of the brewery is completely family-run: in addition to Manuele Mocci, brewer craftsman, and his wife Lidia, his son Simone, social media manager e curator of the graphic aspects. The Brewery has already made itself known in the territory, notoriously the homeland of wine, for quality of beer and willingness to integrate into social life of Valpolicella, festivals and sporting events. Arusnati Brewery organizes tastings by reservation for children groups with plant visit and explanation of the process brewing. The beer that is produced is English style, high fermentation. Our workhorse is the Arusnati Pale Ale, the first produced from the opening, with a coppery color, a well balanced with hop bitterness and other seasonal beers. In our recipes there are barley malt, hops and yeast, coming from Great Britain, we do not use spices or other cereals.

Pale Ale

Traditional English style beer, well balanced, coppery color. Its balanced body makes it complex and at the same time easy to drink. On the nose, the protagonist is the scent of malt, with hints of bread and cereals, in contrast to hops with its fruity and citrus aromas.

Color: Copper
Bottle format: 0.5l
Alcoholic degree: 5.6%

Red Grinch

Limited edition beer, produced only for the Christmas period. It is brewed with ingredients from New Zealand. A simple Amber with a slender body. Light notes of dried fruit and toast, with a dry final bitterness.

Alcoholic degree: 5.2%

Tuvok

Limited edition beer, produced only for the period of six nations rugby to coincide with St. Patrick's Day. High fermentation dry stout style beer, intense black color, with a creamy, fine and persistent foam. On the nose a light aroma of roasted coffee. Easy to drink beer with a round body and a dry bitter finish.

Real Ale

High fermentation English style beer, intense blond color, with a white, fine and persistent foam. On the nose a light scent of cereals followed by pleasant herbaceous notes given by noble English hops. Easy to drink beer with a round body and a soft bitter finish.

Pale Ale Fresh Hops

Traditional English style beer, well balanced, coppery color. Its balanced body makes it complex and at the same time easy to drink. Like the classic Pale Ale brewed here in the brewery it differs in aroma and aroma following a long and generous hopping. On the nose, the protagonist is the hops with its citrus and fruity aromas.
